Meet Our Therapists
Each of our
therapists are carefully selected based on physical
interviews as well as verbal interview. Each of
our therapists are instructed on providing you the very
best massage possible based on your pre-session
interview. Therefore, please provide them with any
information and you desired outcome of your session.
Ms. Carrie Henderson, LMT,
NMT AL #2230
Carrie is a 2004 graduate of
Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, CO. After
earning her undergraduate degree in Business/Art at the
University of Montevallo, she certified in Equine Sports
Massage Therapy in Alabama. This sparked her interest in
learning massage for people. Her training at BCMT
included modalities/electives in the following:
- Swedish
- Normalization of Soft Tissue
- Zen Shiatsu
- Integrative
- Prenatal/Postpartum
She has attended continuing education courses in
Myofascial Release and Repetitive Use Injury Therapy
with Michael Young.
Carrie also works with horses and teaches students in
all areas of English equitation.

Ms. Jessica McKeough, LMT, NMT,
AL #2830
Jessica is a 2009 graduate of Red Mountain Institute in
Birmingham, Al. Jessica is trained and efficent in the
following modalities:
- Swedish
- Deep Tissue
- NMT, Neuromuscular Therapy or Trigger Point
Therapy
- Integrative
- Prenatal/Postpartum
Jessica was drawn to a career in massage therapy
because her mother suffers from fibromyalgia. She had
the desire to work with others who were suffering from
chonic pain, in specific, fibromyalgia. Jessica
continues to educate herself on fibromyalgia. Her goal
is to help as many sufferers as will allow her to
decrease the amount of pain dealt with daily.
During High School, Jessica was an athletic trainer.
Being an athletic trainer allowed her to learn about the
issues surrounding athletes in various sports. Jessica
enjoys performing a sports massage for training,
pre-event or post event.

Tristan is our newest therapist. We feel confident
