Ms. Willie Hafer-Allen, Alabama State Licensed Massage Therapist, AL #1732, is the therapist and owner of A Balanced You, LLC. I've lived many places throughout the United States. My past life was in the corporate world, which I left just prior to becoming a massage therapist. My hobbies are scuba diving, and building websites. I will work with you to provide relaxation or management of pain associated with fibromyalgia, back pain, neck pain, foot pain (plantar fascitis), and for those with limitations from spinal cord injury or illness.. Also, in preparation for your sporting event or to support your training.  I welcome your input and feedback before, during or after a session.

MY EDUCATION

Graduated from Red Mountain Institute with a certification in Clinical Massage and a Certification in Neuromuscular Therapy.  I've chosen to specialize in techniques design for pain relief and pain management through courses focusing in these areas. I also welcome clients looking for stress relief and relaxation.

• Myofascial Release with Tom Myers
• Hot Stone massage
• Neck, Shoulder, Low Back and Hip Myoskeletal with Erik Dalton

Attempt to attend 2 or more training weekends yearly in an effort to become a more rounded therapist and better able to assist my clients in reaching their goals. I believe it is important to continue my education in massage to be the best therapist I can be to my clients.
